Even though I purchased through them the warranty was the same as purchasing through DJI. I'd message DJI on their Facebook page, they were very responsive getting back with me when I asked them questions.

Thank you, I had a Syma x8c before and it's a pretty amazing leap from Syma to the DJI. Good luck on getting yours and happy flying to you as well!

I ordered a P4 refurb on Dec 28th. Hasn't shipped yet, but I "chatted" with DJI on friday and they said a bunch would be shipping out on Jan 11 & 12th. Sounds like they have a lot of orders!

I'm excited to receive it, but it has been quite cold in Colorado lately, so I'm not sure I would be flying it yet had I received it!
