Pattern altitude in US is basically 1000 AGL. So if airport is 100’MSL, That makes pattern altitude 1100’MSL. That’s the general fixed wing aircraft altitude unless otherwise noted by Sectional or NOTAM. Rotary wing aircraft have different pattern altitude...as they don’t typically fly the pattern.
