I am experiencing the chicken dance issue.
I have replaced the yaw motor (two mounting screws stripped after crash).
I have tested the potentiometer of the Gimbal Roll Board and the Camera Pitch Board.

Both boards are showing consistent ohms read out across both potentiometers (roll and pitch board ).
The flex cable looks great.
Green light on the front of the gimbal is green.
SD Card new and formatted.

Camera is producing a great signal.
I have reverted the firmware back to 1.7.0 and then reflashed to the current 1.9.20.

Does any one know how to test the Gimbal Processing Board?
It is selling for around $80.0 at this time and I need to be completely sure that this part needs to be replaced.

I am more than willing to put in the work, just need a little direction.
Thank You Guys.

I haven’t worked on P3S cameras, but I would assume that the gimbal is very much similar.
My first guess would be to check the roll motor shaft position. The flat surface of the shaft should be facing up in the “neutral” position. I’ve seen them in lots of different positions and the results are “ Crazy Chicken Dance “!
