Phantom 3 Advanced controller upgrade

Hi, I have controller with V1.1.8 and App DJI Go 3.1.14 the controller well not work till this is V1.3.20 or more to upgrade with the app, have download WM610 FW v01.11.01.50 from DJI site and put on card and in USB on RC but this did not work, just stayed with a red led on the controller, anyone have any ideas what FW to use.

If you truly want to update your FW, follow these steps carefully.
My strong advice is to research and make an informed choice of which FW to use.

Thank you all for your help, i found out the FW from DJI was not the right one, I have how loaded FW 1.3.20 and this want in ok and now can use the app to get it up ti date.

The "like" button is on the bottom right hand corner, and it's there for a reason...!
