Phantom 2 Vision + 3.0 CE

I just bought a Phantom 2 Vision + 3.0 CE. Does anyone know what the CE stands for? I think it might have something to do with the camera, but not sure.

CE compliant devices have an effective communication range of 300 meters in open spaces due to power limitations. Be sure to watch your fight distance as the PHANTOM 2 VISIONwill enter Failsafe mode (auto-landing or go home and land) if it fliesbeyond this range. ( simple terms effective range)

If however your in an FA area then you can switch it over to that mode and get a stronger signal from the TX getting you better range

Thanks, that is the first thing I did when I got it, I changed it to FCC mode and upgraded the solfware. The CE is Just beyond the 3.0 near the serial number. I've never seen this before. Thought is was maybe an upgraded camera. Seems to take really good video with no fish eye effect.
