Phantom 2 Battery Issues

Having an issue with 2 of my P2 batteries. Batteries are only showing the 2 middle led indicator lights whenever I try to turn them on/ charge them. Craft is showing all red leds and assistant is giving a "not DJI branded battery" error. These are genuine DJI. Any ideas?

Check the two spring loaded pins and make sure they are fully extended. If they are not you will get the error "not DJI branded battery." Does that battery take a charge?

It is showing error messages. I would suggest plugging into assistant software and seeing if you find anything. I'm assuming this problem is caused by you updating your craft/batteries.
