Parts or rebuild

I just purchased a refurbished p3s aircraft only after a couple crashes that took out my main board and cracked the shell. So now I have my refurbished p3s with my gimbal/camera of the crashed one and back flying again! The refurb was cheaper then parts and planned on keeping the other for parts but now thinking about getting parts here and there and getting the crashed p3s back in the air. Ether a back up or hopefully getting my wife interested in flying with me input wanted
