Anyone else notice the P4's video counter only goes up to 99:59 - 99mins:59secs? At 1080p/30fps I get 53mins on a 16gb card. So I should get 106mins on a 32gb card right?! I installed a 64gb card and it's only saying 99:59 Is this something new or has it always been like this? The manual says it supports up to 64gb, so the counter should read the correct amount of time you have left to record. Or is my new card defective?

It is probably a software issue. Add one second to that counter and the minutes would become a 3 digit number. Most likely it is not programmed to account for that much time.

Why would you want to be flying with (up to) 200 minutes of video saved on your SD card?
That's a lot to lose if the worst happens.

↑↑↑ Exacty what Meta4 said. Why risk losing all that video. Cards are not that expensive. I have 3 cards I use and most of the time I change the card when I change the battery
