P4P+ RC Sound stopped working

Hello,
suddenly, on my last three flights the remote controller does not make any sound except from when I push buttons, like Shutter or C1/C2. But there is no voice anymore (like "Homepoint was updated") and i hear no beeping when OA senses me in front. Yesterday suddenly the sound was there again, and on the next flight dissappeared again. I upgraded the bird to the newest firmware, but the remote controller didn't get any updates on the built in app, where I think the problem is.

Have you experienced the same problems and what can I do?

That voice comes from your mobile device. Try turning up the volume.

i use the p4p+ version with integrated screen. Volume is on 100%.

Are you able to hear sound if you open the web browser and play videos from youtube.com?

Sorry for the delay. Yes, when I open youtube in the browser of the controller, i hear sound....

I'm running the latest firmware and I hear the expected sounds every time I fly.

If you're sure the sound is not working, you could try doing a system restore on the remote controller. You can find that option in "System Settings" --> "Backup & reset" --> "Factory data reset".
