my mate we flying at the coast last week at evening time and apparently the red light on his TX went red and he lost sight and sound of his P3P, he guessed that it had gone into the sea and we gone but next morning at low tide he found it camera hanging off, battery lying at the side so that was it he emaild me about it and said he would be looking for a S/H P3P as he had 3 batteries and the TX, but today he wrote again with this.............
I had an idea today ref my sodden P3. The company called TFix who sorted my Tx, specialise in repairing drones, in particular DJI drones. So I dropped them an Email today with the details of the dunking & hopefully they will reply tomorrow. I suspect they will say send it to us and we’ll see the extent of the damage.
has anbody ever flown a P3P after dropping it into salt water??
