P2V+ Battery

I just got a question about the battery, if its left fully charged for a couple of days, can that damage the battery? I fully charged it 2 days ago, and its been bad weather, so i cant fly, and i got 2 batteries ready to go. Is it okay to leave them or should batteries always be 20-40% when not in use?

I wouldn't worry about it unless you aren't using it for a couple of weeks or more.
It's hardly practical to wait an hour while it charges when you suddenly want to use it.
Cycling additional times to satisfy the half depleted advice in itself will reduce the total number of times it can be used to fly.
