Optimal vTX Antenna direction/angle

I am fitting most of this lot

to my P2 (including the spiroNet antennas) and wanted to work out whether to fit the vTX antenna pointing back from the rear of the quad, or pointing out from the port side of the quad ? (ruling out the starboard side as trying to keep clear of the compass).

2.
Should I bend it down, or up, or horizontal, or other?

3.
Does this affect how I point/position the vRX antenna on the black pearl ?

OK. Judging by the number of reads without a response it looks as if I did a spectacular job of writing a question badly.
Pretty sure I have the right forum.

I will try again, shorter, simpler, more succint.

Which way do you guys point your FPV TX antenna ?
