Sounds like a sucker scam to me.
First, in the USA anyways, the property owner has no control over airspace.
At least the first 400 feet above ground are controlled by no one, not even the FAA.
Then, how is one to determine the size of your property by your address alone?
Let alone all the little angles of each property line.
Some web site is gonna dictate the rules?

After reading the FAQ, these guys are definitely scamming.
One question deals with manned aircraft. Sorry Charlie, but only the FAA has control over manned aircraft and they can fly over your property without your permission.
