HI everyone, I received my first drone for Christmas a Phantom 3 standard haven't flown it yet been watching a lot of youtube videos and read the manual twice and also been using the simulator. I think I'm ready but I live in the Northeast and it's cold out. Just waiting for a decent day and hopefully I could get her up.

Welcome! I'm also in the Northeast and new to drones. Pretty cold to fly but I've been getting in a few here and there. First time up I was scared as heck but beginner mode made it a piece of cake. Good your learning and reading first. Did the same thing to avoid costly mistakes. Give it a whirl when your ready. Have fun!
