Being the unfortunate loser of a p3a, I immediately got a new one the same day it went down. Having had the new one for a week now, I've noticed some differences between the two. First is the speed difference which actually only exists in initial application of the throttle on ascent. The new one has a gradual push to full speed vs the old one that went full speed as soon as you hit the throttle. It's been suggested this is to reduce stress on the arms to reduce risk of stress cracks. I've noticed the overall feel is somewhat muted, fast but not quick, responsive but smooth....
