New Phantom: stress cracks on one of the motors

I have a brand new Phantom 3 Standard. It has flown a total of twice without issue (total of 40 minutes at the most). The drone hasn't been modified and the shell hasn't been opened.

Taking out the SD card this evening, I notice cracks on the shell near one of the motors.
Could this possibly be caused by 2 normal flights or was the drone delivered like this and I just didn't notice?

I'm also wondering if it's still safe to fly?

Found a crack on my P3A yesterday after doing my 3rd flight.
Only one crack so not as bad as that, but was not there prior to flight.
I would not risk flying in that condition as heard of motors releasing due to stress cracks.
Where did you purchase your qc?
I contacted both the dealer in uk and dji today bit having to wait 24hrs for reply.
