New P3P - Charging 1 blinkning light

Hi guys.
Got my Phantom today and charged the battery.
But when charging the controller nothing happens. Been stuck on one flashing white light a good while.
Tried to turn it on and it flashed red and beeps.

Anything wrong or what ya think?
Got it filmed.

The remote controller takes 3+ hours to charge. How long is a good while?

it takes forever to charge the controller, just forget about it and go about your day.

Ok thnx. Its been charging a hour or so and still is on one blinking light. Im sure its ok then. Got some time with the manual then
