Motor Upgrade

Hi all, any latest motor up grades for a P2V+ prior to me upgrading to a P3P?

Does it make such a big difference to be worth upgrading to P3 motors on P2 ? Do you need controllers to swap also ?

If you have the first generation 3 axis, the motors are 2212 920kv (black dot on CW motors). The upgraded motors are the 2312 960kv (painted black thread on the CW motors). These are the same motors used on the P3A/P first editions. If you are upgrading, make sure the ESC are upgraded to 2.1 and NOT 2.0. There was a massive fiasco on the P2V+ V3's dropping from using ESC's that were NOT 2.1.
