Whoa! It does look like the hub failed at the blade. That makes me nervous! I have several Phantoms I bought used. I believe the props I got with them are genuine but I'm going out to buy new sets of DJI branded props ASAP!

I try to stick as close to OEM as possible...but I hate the bland while colour for Phantom's....so my P4P (as pictured to the left) has aftermarket props. I've had a couple of full 22-25min flights in both still and windy-ish (15mph) conditions and not yet had a problem. Though I can't really pump up after market accessories; as I've had nowhere near the amount of hours in the field as most of my counterparts on this forum or posting in here, as I've flown my bird much less than I would have liked due to work/weekend schedules and poor weather. Fingers crossed my good luck remains.
