I'm curious about how fast the P2V can fly. I've gone out for "speed runs" a few times and I see the fastest speed flying backwards. Today I hit 40.2mph (64.7kph). I see about 2mph slower going forward and slower than that going sideways. All in no wind and stock everything.

I haven't got my Flytrex yet but on their site they have a speed contest http://flytrex.com/challenges/speed/phantom/ - amazingly the fastest with a Phantom 1 is just under 70mph.

Anyone else try this? Notice higher speed backwards than forwards? It looks awesome at speed!

I've had my Flytrex measure my Vision at 49mph in GPS mode, if I had put in atti I could have squeezed a bit more. That was, of course, with a good tailwind! http://flytrex.com/mission/quadcopter-p ... wton-5839/

The fastest Vision is showing as hitting 59mph

Wow, that is amazing. We have little wind so I don't see getting up over 50mph any time soon. Aren't these things cool?!

Put it in manual mode (own risk), and it will go even faster!
