Limited range,..why???

Actually,just above the "Lost. Aircraft returning to Home Point" the following was in red.
*To takeoff in non-P modes, toggle Flight Mode Switch to another mode and then toggle it back.*
Both were in flight mode,Go Home

Altitude 394 ft and Home Distance of 6.6 ft with 33% battery in Messages in red,
"Max Flight Altitude Reached. Adjust in Main Controller Settings if necessary."
