Lightbridge and iOSD mini

a little off topic but do you think the Futaba 8J is just as good as the 8FG if all that i'm going to do with it is flying my P2 H3-2D through the lightbridge?

I have the 14SG, so I'm not the right person to answer that.

Hi there,

First post on the forum. I have just picked up my F550 from my local dealer, asked them to fit the lightbridge and I have the same problem. I too wanted to output hdim to my blackperal, was assuming the iosd would be connected and output as usual, (as it is still mounted on the F550, will address that with the dealer next week)

Also, control of the F550 is now vis the lightbridge, via a cable to the Futaba remote!

All in all, a bit of a miss mash.....

You don't need the iOSD Mini if you have LB installed - it handles the telemetry itself, overlayed on the HDMI output.
