LAST MINUTE ADVICE..

I know I've left it late notice but I'm going on holiday in the morning from the UK to Cyprus.. Has anyone had an experience with taking their bird out there?

I will be taking it as hand luggage in the silver case it came in (P4) I was planning on taking it until a few people said a few things to put me off (never took it abroad before) quick replies appreciated ha

People take Phantoms through airport security every day and the security staff there probably won't even blink.
Batteries must be in carry-on luggage
