PhantomHelp.com, owner Mike Singer, has certainly earned my business!
I was so eager to get the StrobeOn's on my bird, that I ordered 3-D printed mounts for a Phantom and not my P4V2.
After the first flight, the mounts had vibrated down and were hanging horizontally on the landing gear. One mount and StrobeOn had even fallen off! Needless to say, I was really disappointed!
I Emailed Mike, who responded within 15 minutes, clarifying that I had ordered the wrong mounts for the P4V2 and offering to send me 3 correct mounts AT NO CHARGE!
One of my favorite axioms is:
"Customer retention is far less expensive than customer acquisition."
Mike and PhantomHelp.com, certainly understands this. Well done Mike!
I'll be back and urge y'all to do the same!

mike, I've been to your 'store", where do I order the phantom 3 pro mounts for the strobe lights? all I see is for the 4...
