Well I'm just back from my 8 day trip to CA, AZ and southern Utah and the first stop on the trip was the Ivanpah Solar plant just south of Primm Neveda in California. I stayed the night at one of the casinos and shot the drone video with the P4P a little after 9AM the next day. I did a little scouting of the place late in the afternoon on the day I arrived and discovered the place I wanted to go would not be so easy to get to. I also noticed a good deal of security and although I had no plans to fly over the site itself I decided to make the drone trip as short as possible to reduce the chance of being hassled.
