IOC Mode not Appearing

Anyone have any helpful ideas or experience with the IOC not functioning?
Have upgraded the latest firmware as follows;
APP: 2.8.3
Aircraft 1.9.60
RC 1.6.0
Have tried reinstalling firmware, tried engaging above 10 metres high, tried with the IOC function deselected in advanced setting and yes when I switched to 'F' mode it prompted me to activate that in the menu.
Tried it with both ipad and iphone but the actual IOC window does not appear .....

Did you click the IOC icon on the left side of DJI GO after switching to F-mode?

No I didn't, thats a new icon as it used to simple pop up on screen before ... ok Ill try that and see ... Many thanks indeed, will let you know if that was the problem.

Yes, it's new. DJI changed it in DJI GO a few versions ago.
