If the picture is real, the cat did look well supported by the straps. Mellow cats will put up with most anything. As for the one garrock showed on the 100% total abuse of an animal, that person should have be fined, jailed, and court ordered to never own or be near cats again. I have seen that one before and there was nothing funny about it. Total idiot.
