Interference detected signals

I'm starting to wonder if this new holder I got for my iPad is giving the interference detection signals being metal? Also probably the iPad as well being metal base?

That shouldn't be a problem. A lot of guys use Ipads, too. I have a metal holder and I use an Ipad Mini 2 and all works well. The only time I've gotten the interference warning was when I was flying near a row of houses along the beach. A LOT of wifi!

I also use an iPad Mini 2 with a metal holder with no interference warning issues.

Interference warning usually has to do with the compass. I got that on the floor of the building where I work which went away when I put the AC on a table. Likely rebars in the concrete causing it.
Beach sand can contain ferrous material which may have been the real problem at the beach than Wi-Fi. Radio signal issues would say "weak signal"

This message, "Strong Interference Detected"

Is WiFi signals and other radio signals in the 2.4 GHz frequency, it is not related to the compass.
