    Thats not right.

Have you fitted it on correct axis motor ?

Should be less than 1mm gap

The gimbal looks to be pulled apart.

I'm guessing you went with a knockoff instead of the more expensive Killer RC one? I've read a lot of reports of this issue with the knockoffs. The gap in the Killer RC one is almost imperceptible.

Yep, that's a knock off. I went through the same thing from Amazon. Then I got the killer RC one, now it's perfect.

    185,

No, that is not right send it back. Uninstall it and send it back, it won't help at all. I think they put the wrong "bumper" on it or it was cut and tapped at the wrong length.

    Drag,

I'm with you, just make a new "bumper" and be done with it.

I have the same one, I just machined a little off the arm in my milling machine. You can do the same by using a file or sanding it off. Do a little then test fit.

    Thanks everyone.
    I just requested a return.
I'll probably try and make it fit better though.
Should it actually touch each other or just enough to give some free play?

    185,

It shouldn't touch, just short of touching.

I ordered the Hobby-Ace one from Amazon for $21.00 ,what a waste of time that was. It's going back and a new one from RC Killer is on the way.
