LOL yeah, I find it interesting that this 15 year old appears to be looking to get into trouble again. Rome, Georgia police have their hands full I guess

confiscated again??/ and how would a cop for 1 have any legal authority to confiscate someones drone for flying a certain height?
and B how in the world would they even be able to know exactly how high some one of flying and be able to prove it in the first place. I smell some bs here.
Cause inless some one does some thing real stupid like admit to it and incriminates them selves its not very likely a cop is going to be able to pull a helicopter our of his back pocket fly up to level height as the drone then see how high it is.
Its sounds like a driving while tiered charge which a cop can only charge some one with and get a conviction if some one was foolish enough to say oh I'm sorry I veered off the road officer I was really tiered and not paying attention. THEN BAM they just admitted to some thing that other wise is imposable to know or test for and be able to prove if they person just said nothing like your supposed to do any time when talking to a cop.
