I bought a battery directly from DJI and have not opened it. It took about 2 weeks to arrive, and it arrived today, and since then I have decided that 3 is enough for me, and I would rather spend the money on a maxxrange panel. How can I return it? It says to contact their after-sales team, but how?

I just read there after sales deal....doesn't have a contact just for that...I would just call or email telling them you want to return...might be a restock fee..but it says return/refund can be requested within 7 calendar days
