How to return battery...?

I bought a battery directly from DJI and have not opened it. It took about 2 weeks to arrive, and it arrived today, and since then I have decided that 3 is enough for me, and I would rather spend the money on a maxxrange panel. How can I return it? It says to contact their after-sales team, but how?

I just read there after sales deal....doesn't have a contact just for that...I would just call or email telling them you want to return...might be a restock fee..but it says return/refund can be requested within 7 calendar days

Or what flpholt said!!! Might be better doing that since I'm sure DJI will make you pay for shipping it back.

or you could donate to the poor.... I'm sure you can twist my arm to take it off if your hands...;)
