The PMU is arrived in a small plastic bag without any instruction, where do I find some info on how to install it?
The seller sent me the LED too, but is it useless in the phantom, right?
The PMU V2 (PMU stands for Power Management Unit) is basically a battery elimination circuit "BEC", with a Canbus communications system built into it.
The red and black wires go to battery +pos. and -neg. on the power distribution board, or ESC.
The GPS unplugs from the Naza and plugs into the port labeled GPS on the PMU.
The wires going to Naza port X-3, will be removed, and left hanging. (no longer used) The wires marked on the PMU
V-sense > X3, will plug into the X3 port on the Naza controller.
The wire coming from the PMU marked GPS, will plug into the Naza EXP port where you pulled the GPS wire from earlier.
Now you have to make sure to download the latest firmware, and software from DJI . Once you do, your Naza will be
upgraded to Naza M V2.
You can now use the Canbus system to install other DJI Goodies, such as the Zenmuse gimbal.
