Highest voltage

Hey all
Recently saw a couple of crash topics which were mentioning that battery cell voltages were extremely high. So what is high? Mine usually starts from 4.06.

Phantom 3 uses high voltage lipo's. Fully charged they are around 4.35V per cell. If yours dont go over 4.06, I would look in to it, see if its a problem with the battery, charger or voltage read out.
