Guys, remember FAA requirements if in the USA. Especially new guys, you are not to be above 400 ft AGL (basically takoff). Keep that in mind. Just trying to help everyone so you don't get a ring from the FAA or worse.

You realize that there is a law that forbids you flying over 400 feet above your takeoff altitude? You understand that there is a reason for that law? Are you that clueless "lol"? How,old are you, 12?

My understanding is for hobbyists, there is no height limit; however, 400 feet is listed as a safety guideline. Edit: section 336 under public law 112-95 outlines like 5 regulations that must be followed:

The OP doesn't live in FAA land and is subject to different rules.
From memory Canadian max altitude is lower than FAA rules.

Highest I went on this flight was 395ft according to the flight record, but I think this picture was only at around 300ft. I'm still learning, so best I have at the moment.
