HDMI module installed but didn't ask for firmware update?

I wasn't prompted for a firmware update on the controller which I thought it would prompt me for. It says it is 1.5.7. Should be all good?

Also, is there any issue if I run two video feeds at the same time? I know there is an option to disable that... are there any potential lag issues or other, especially at a distance?

Should be fine with that firmware.
No issues with two feeds.

If you are getting two video feeds, no need to check or upgrade SW
