Great video poor picture quality

Hi guys just can't seem to get a decent stills picture from my advanced.
It's always a bit blurry or looks low resolution. The setting are at maximum.
Tried shutter speed .ISO.white balance but no luck.
Not impressed tbh
Any ideas?

Did u take off the clear paper that was over the lens when it was sent to y.

yeah ive even tried it without lens end cap .
starting to piss me off tbh.

I have only shot photos in one flight, all other times I shot video. And yes I also noted the photo quality is poor.
