Just wanted to give follow-up on another thread I created a few weeks back: I had a broken solder joint on the new Vision+V3. I contacted UAV Direct and there was some initial confusion about the DJI warranty coverage due to a miscommunication. Per suggestion of a forum member, I contacted Eric at UAV Direct, and he was extremely helpful and honest. I sent the quadcopter to them, and really expected at least 2-3 weeks turn-around-time. Imagine my pleasant surprise to receive a call from UAVDirect 8 days later reporting that the solder joint was fixed, the quadcopter was test flown, and on now its way home via overnight shipping! The entire process took 9 days, including a weekend! Many thanks to Eric and his team!
