So I had converted the Phantom to use my S-Bus based Futaba T8 system. But then I picked up another new quad for which I needed radio too. I could have just bought another R2008SB Receiver and had any of the hobby shops within 40 miles had One I probably would have - Grrrrrr So I retasked a DX6i I have onto the Phantom and after an amount of messing with the mix's I got the thing working ok.
I have all functions including failsafe and Home lock but I don't have Course lock. I haven't messed with home/course lock anyway and didn't plan on it so no great loss to me.
I set up 50% rates as well which also seem to work really nicely.
If I have any uncertainty it is that the Phantom doesn't seem to have the throttle punch it did before. The Tx cal was perfect so it could just be my imagination.

Now I have to set the T8 up with my Wookong equipped Machine.
