Hi,

I'm new to the forum. I just recently purchased P3A. My first ever quadcopter. Following a few practice flights near to my home, I decided to try something a bit more adventurous. A short 35 minute drive from my home and I am on the boundary of The Scottish Highlands. Glen Damff is not that well known, within the Glen (valley) sits a man-made reservoir which provides water to the City of Dundee and Angus (approx 300,000 or so people. Here is the result.....

Why the water looks black?

I guess it's a combination of the cloudy sky and the fact the reservoir sits on what is peat moorland. Peat soil is black.
