I bought this Gimbal http://www.uavproducts.com/product.php?id_product=169

And I would love to start a thread where we who bought this Gimbal can share our settings!

I read that the EMAX servos that came with mine are cheap and run on 333MHZ. To not over burn those I am running on 200MHZ

MAX CENTER MIN
PITCH 1000 -900 -900
ROLL 700 80 -900

GAIN
PITCH 49 REV
ROLL 49 NORM

I just got same gimbal, (from Quadrame.us), and hooking it up tonight!

if you scroll down on their page they show recommended gimbal settings.
http://www.quadframe.us/collections/fro ... ck-version

per their recommendation, I got the E-flite DS76 servo's,. unsure how they rank compared to others, but they were $18 apiece. I'm totally new to Gimbals and Servo's, so hopefully I don't mess anything up either!
but heard setting up the gimbal settings on the Phantom prior to installation is important! (or risk burning out the NAZA?)

any an all info is appreciated as well!

Changed all my settings haha

Put o on the center then unscrew the arm of the servo and insert it while its all level this will ensure your in 0 degrees somewhat

Trust me its a hour pain to understand everything ahaha

Post your setitngs!

Gain im down to 20 and that helped the jitter a bit!

well, I just hooked mine up.. and so far I just had mine set
400mhz
MAX CENTER MIN
PITCH 1000 100 -900 (I'm guessing your -900 was a typo?)
ROLL 1000 -150 -1000

GAIN
PITCH 47 REV
ROLL 52 NORM

you dropped both your gains to 20?

I did a little video and while it does seem to keep the camera sort of steady, it didn't seem to keep up with my motions as fast

and when I roll, there's a definite shuddering happening.

I also wouldn't mind figure out how to control the pitch using my Futaba to control the X1 ,. however that works? anyone tried that?
