Unfortunately, the standard does not support the use of goggles.
Alternatively, if your device has HDMI out, there are products out there that will work to some degree. Also, a lot of people will use Litchi which has an FPV view setting. From there you just need goggles that will accommodate your phone.
I'm not a goggle expert by any stretch, but seems to me if you have a mobile device with an HDMI output, you should be able to route that video into a pair of goggles.
The Nvidia K1 has hdmi out, but no longer is available. You can try, and find a used one on ebay. Otherwise Litchi is the only other option.
With Litchi you have to be in the air before activating VR and then put phone in googles. I felt is was rather awkward and could use a spotter for environmental awareness(no peripheral vision) with goggles on.
