I have seen these 2 selections, and have always flown in FPV mode. I've also read the description of the difference between these 2 modes, but not sure I understand.

• "Follow Mode: The pitch angles of the gimbal and the aircraft stay the same.

• FPV Mode: The pitch and roll angles of the gimbal and the aircraft stay the same, providing a unique first-person view."

Can anyone offer a more understandable explanation?

In Follow mode the gimbal (camera) will follow the horizon, it will remain parallel to the horizon.
FPV the camera is locked to the attitude of the craft, so when you bank the image will bank, it's a good idea to sit when flying in FPV because you may get unbalanced and fall over!
