Flying with Phantom via airplane

Hey guys

Im getting ready to shoot a Wedding in cabo Mexico next week My question is have any of you had problems when traveling with your batteries going through TSA ? I have a case for the quad and I know they need to be charged 50% but Ill have 6 in the case and going out of the country. I never have issues with my camera gear and I have a lot of batteries in my case. Just wondering ... THX

You may want to find out if Lipo bags are a requirement.

On my last two US to Canada flights, but not Domestic flights, signs at security said that No Lithium Batteries allowed in CHECKED baggage, only on carry-on. How would they know without asking or x- ray the bags? So, you may want to think about having access to the batteries at least.
