Flying over several hundred high school soccer tournament players?

Drone in the air....over our soccer field....hundreds of players on connecting fields...no fly park...no fly over people....pilot still on on prop guards....told pilot 107 FAA no fly rules...choices ignore.....what would you do to talk to this person calmly and make home see correct

You attempted to let the person know he should not be flying. After that, I'd not do anything. if you did something, I'd either tell the property owner or the police.
