I was out flying my P3S today and it flipped on take-off one time. There was no damage to the drone itself although it did eat 4 carbon fiber props. After investigating what happened I found that a piece of debris was lodged into the right control stick of my transmitter. It was wedged into the top side and after doing a CSC to start the motors it did not return to center properly. When I applied power to lift off it flipped due to the right stick being in a slight downward position. The stick was hanging up and after cleaning out the debris it flew fine the rest of the day. Note to self, make sure the sticks are centered after doing a CSC and before taking off.
