yup thats the case im looking at, i emailed gopro cases to see if they can make me this case but to allow for a fatshark goggle setup too.. and only the controller not the add on the vision comes with to hold the cell phone

fits with the zenmuse. if you use a different gimbal that requires different legs, you'll have an issue.

I'd go with the tradecraft case. multiple reasons. Besides the wheels and slightly larger size, you are buying from a company that advertises on the forum and supports its customers after the sale.

+1 for the tradecraft case.

I have one one of the P2 Vision cases that works perfectly for my P2/Zenmuse set up. I like that it accommodates the Tx with the vision cell phone holder installed and there is still room for my FPV monitor. I'm using the cell phone holder with this monitor:

No I don't, but from the pictures it seems there's plenty of room in the foam to make a custom hole somewhere for the goggles. I'll get mine in a week, then I can share the impressions.

Sounds good, I'd really appreciate that. I've spent a ton of money already on this thing. I'm working on a shoestring budget now.

I purchased the p2/vision case from DroneFly

http://bit.ly/1hhPvju

Fits:

•1 DJI P2. Will accommodate 9.5" props attached
•1 Charger
•3 Batteries
•1 Radio with the attached cell phone holder and range extender
•4 Spare 9.5" props
•2 Spare Motors
•4 AAA Batteries for transmitter
•Misc Cables

I ordered the one without wheels.
Case was €190 net, with VAT €232. (If you have a EU VAT number, they will not charge VAT.)
Shipping with UPS was another €45.
So not the cheapest option, but hopefully a solid case. Mine will arrive tomorrow.

I got the tradecraft case based on recommendations in this thread and I have been very pleased and impressed with the case. Extremely well built and the wheels are very stable. Can't imagine a better built case. I cut the foam a little to make a notch for my gopro camera with it's lens cap on when attached to gimbal. It was hitting a little bit when I would slid it in and out. But very easy to notch it out to customize.

I did the same thing!

Another option is the HPRC case:

also with wheels:

I ordered one directly from the manufacturer, but these seem to be available from Amazon and BH as well.

Do you know of anyone using this case with fatshark goggles? I have a Phantom 2.

The hprc case I ordered from b & h has a cutout for fatshark goggles and fits well with my attitude case. I also have a P2 zen h3+be and three batteries. It also holds two battery chargers and lipo charger for fatshark battery. Nice case with wheels. I would buy it again.
