Just taking my first night time photo over North Seattle,, not very high,,

I guess it all depends on what you read, from what my take is as long as the drone has lights its ok,, but I could be wrong,,

It’s incredible to believe you’ve been flying since at least 2016 and don’t know the rules yet.
I’m no photographer but I do believe that is a very good pic.

If people are confused about who can fly at night and under what conditions the confusion is ramped. The FAA is trying to undo some of the confusion with addition rule making: Night Flights and Flying Over People

The OP looks to be from USA and you seem to from a different country. Here in the USA, hobbyists can legally fly at night while part 107 are required to get waiver.
My bad if you are outside of USA.
