Firmware Update

I believe the quad updated , but not the controller.
I followed the instructions. If I turn on the controller with the quad off the light on the controller is red. If I power up the quad it turns green.
Entering the app, camera, it's disconnected but I can operate the gimbal.
Any thoughts.

I connected the controller to the gimbal using the micro USB cable and updated it that way. Make sure .BIN file is not in a sub directory. When it starts to update a blue light will flash and beep.

I have the same issue. I reached out to support and they advised to wait 25 minutes with the controller powered off. Then retry to apply the update.
