FCC or CE ?

So im planning to travel to mexico this summer and i don't know if i can use my phantom in fcc mode. Should i changed to CE mode?

CE Yes CE is for parts of Europe were things are regulated. 3rd world country don't regulate much in less there is a way for the corrupt goverment to get money out of some one for some thing. also some thing being legal or not don't matter to them down there if they want to bust you and get you to bribe them to keep from rotting in a Mexican jail legal or not is not going to matter. Inless some one was foolish enough to not play there game and want to go to jail and hope they can challenge the bogus charge in court some day if they ever are allowed to see a court room.
